We refuse to outsource our service to third-party call centers. We are here to help! American Slings and Patio Supplies’ website reserves the right to refuse or refund any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including pricing errors and online ordering errors. Customers whose orders are affected by such unforeseen circumstances will be contacted within one business day. .
We ship all our products with a packing receipt/Invoice. Thus, the order confirmation that you received via email when you placed your order is your official payment receipt.
If you have discarded, lost, or never received your receipt, no problem; Email helpful Customer Service Experts, and we’ll be happy to send another copy. .
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Credit Cards – We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Contact us at 561-948-4228 if your attempting to use a credit card that has a billing address outside United States.
Checks – We are happy to accept checks. They have to be made out to “American Slings and Patio Supplies. Please include your order list along with your check, shipping information, phone number. Please mail your payment to: 1000 E Atlantic blvd Suite #214 Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Be aware that orders paid via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the check has cleared the bank. If time is of the essence, we recommend paying via one of the other methods listed above. .
Items shipped to destinations inside the state of Florida are subject to Sales tax. All orders shipped to other states are not taxed. .
Your tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. Orders are tracked using a tracking number and the website of the delivery carrier. If you have a registered American Slings and Patio Supplies account, you can always login and see the status of the order. If you have any questions, or if your delivery seems behind schedule, our friendly Customer Service Experts are always there to help. . Backordered Items
Occasionally due to popularity of an item, a product is placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. This happens very rarely, and when it does, you will be notified immediately by one of our Customer Service Experts.
Shipping: Slings & Pre-cut Straps
We ship all parts within 3 business days.
We Ship Rolls of strap, Slings by the Yard within 3 business days.
We Ship custom straps within 5 business days.
We ship Custom Slings within 14 business days. Orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or Fedex depending on the items ordered and their destination.
All returns and exchanges are customers responsibility. American Slings and Patio Supplies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by American Slings and Patio Supplies. All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of your products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Request a Return or Exchange Authorization Number (RA#) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or canceled. Any order that has been shipped falls under our Return and Exchange policy. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by American Slings and Patio Supplies. Restocking fees may apply.
We will not be responsible for orders shipped back to us without proper RA#. They will get lost in warehouse. DO Not ship back your items without RA#. .
Slings & Pre-cut Straps:
All slings and pre-cut straps are custom cut and ARE NOT CANCELABLE or returnable, unless American Slings and Patio Supplies is responsible for the mistake. Be certain that your measurements, sling fabric, or strap options and quantity are correct. If the slings or pre-cut straps you received are not consistent with the measurements you provided in your order, or you have received the incorrect color or width of fabric or strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced. .
50 feet and 100 feet Roll of Straps:
The 50 feet and 100 feet Rolls of straps are custom cut and are not cancelable or returnable, unless American Slings and Patio Supplies is responsible for shipping the wrong color or the wrong size. Be certain that the color you’ve selected is correct. If you’re not sure about the color ask for our free samples before placing your order.
If you received the incorrect color or the wrong width or length of your strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced.
If you need to change or to cancel an order, you must first request it via e-mail to: email@example.com or call us at (561) 948-4228, within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’ll contact you with either an email or a phone call with and updated information as soon as we have received and reviewed your request. Only than if applicable your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
All custom made slings are under warranty for a period of one (1) year. The warranty only covers loose threads, stitching problems, or if the sling fabric unravels.
Color fading, punched holes, and rips slings and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty or any other warranty by American Slings and Patio Supplies.

We received the custom made slings for our Woodard patio furniture and installed them on our chaise lounge and ottoman. These three slings worked just fine on our frames.

Thanks for your reply. I was doubtful but followed the directions and with the help of a wood clamp I was able to "just" get the bolts started and tighten the slings.
These will hopefully stretch in the Arizona sun to where I can fully tighten them in future.

Thanks for checking. Once I learned how to go about doing the Installation it went pretty much without any hitches. The final result looks superb and we are very happy with the quality of the Sling material as well as with your help. We will certainly contact you when we are ready to do more replacements. Recently received replacement slings. Would like you to know that we received our replacement slings on Saturday – at first look, we thought that they would be too small, even though we had followed the measurement instructions properly - The slings fit perfectly - Of course, it took a little time and energy to replace the torn ones - Hopefully these will last for some time in the Florida sun - We are very happy with the results and the prompt service
