About Custom Straps

Custom order straps are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once they are made to your measurement they cannot be reused. Please make sure you measure your straps twice before placing your order. Carefully follow our instructions on measuring straps below to ensure your order is correct.

About Placing Your Order.

When measuring round to the closest 1/8”. DO NOT add or take away to your measurements as this will cause your straps to be too tight or too loose.

Please follow the exact measuring instructions. American Slings and Patio Supplies will do the necessary adjustments to the length once we receive your order.

The following pictures will guide your steps in how to measure your straps properly before submitting your order with AS&PS.

If our guidelines are not followed, it may cause your straps not to fit properly.
